Two interviews. One on the phone, one on zoom, and as assessment. I took interest in the job, and got a text a few hours later setting up a phone interview. After that interview I waited weeks to get a second call, and I was asked my interest level in running a certain shift at a certain Dierbergs. I said yes so we setup a Zoom interview. Before the interview I completed an hour long assessment online. I did the zoom interview. All seemed well. I figured I would get a call since I put in a lot of time and waiting in. I got a blanked copy/paste no-reply email saying they were moving on with someone else. I have no idea what I did wrong or what I didn't posses, but I guess I will never know. Felt really disrespectful to give them all of my time and patience to get some template email.
