I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digible (Denver, CO) in Dec 2024
Interview
I applied online and scheduled an interview, which went smoothly. The conversation covered typical topics, such as my past experiences, and I felt it went well. I was told they would speak with the hiring manager and follow up. However, the next day, I received a generic rejection email stating they were moving in a different direction.
Seeking to improve, I reached out to request feedback on why I wasn’t the best match for the role, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. While I understand that more qualified candidates may have applied, the lack of actionable feedback felt like a missed opportunity. It left me feeling disappointed and with a less-than-positive impression of the process.
