Interview
I participated in the initial phone screen and was told I'd hear back the next week, but didn't hear back for a month. The phone screen was positive and I enjoyed talking to the individual. However, they called an hour before we were scheduled to talk.
The interviewer seemed very uninterested in our conversation. I was really excited for this opportunity but he hardly even asked about my experience. Never heard back so I sent them a follow up which they flat out ignored. Very unprofessional and rude at that point.
