Interview
I applied online and heard back within a few weeks because a former coworker referred me and followed up with the hiring manager there. I spoke on the phone with the hiring manager for 30 minutes for us both to get to know each other and for her to understand my goals, short and long term. After this, I didn't hear back for a few weeks until hearing they decided to go in a different direction.
I went through four rounds. One phone screening and three with different people in the client service department. The screening was just to go over my resume and let me know about the process, the other four were more technical.

Simple short 15-30 min first interview asking about past experiences. No other questions asked in first interview. Asked for requested salary at the end. Seems like a pretty strange way to filter candidates.
