Interview
One of the most unprofessional and shallow interview process I have ever encountered. You get a 25 question application after you submit a resume. Then you get to analyze a screenshot of a UI of a “past” submission. Which looks like it was made by a 5th grader on a 10 year old android. After that debacle you get a phone interview where, if successful get asked to come in for a literacy test, I asked why that was necessary for a position that should be far beyond that. The answer was “because some of their applicants don’t read past a 6th grade level, even with a bachelors degree.” I feel this to be very unprofessional and borderline degrading. Avoid at all cost, this company should not even be in business, let alone trying to hire potential employees.

Interview
Very good and easy interview. Dan was easy to chat with and was helpful. He seemed interested in my abilities and asked interesting and good questions. I didn't feel nervous or intimidated at all.

Interview
Steps:
1. First the applicant submits an email of interest.
2. Second, the applicant is sent several general questions to answer, and they are given a picture of an application that was made in-house to bug report from just an optical perspective.
3. If the employer has interest the applicant is then scheduled for a phone interview.
4. The interview takes place.
5. If the interview goes well they are scheduled to come in and commit to a skills assessment test.
6. Within a few days to maybe a month at the longest, the applicant is then notified they are no longer an applicant but instead an employee. If no response is ever head....sorry!
