I had an in-person interview recently after being approached by a recruiter. It was quite long, lasting about three to four hours! I met with four different engineers back-to-back. The conversations really focused on my resume, my specific roles in past projects, and my academic experiences. There weren't many technical questions, which was a bit surprising.
