The interview process was extremely lengthy which has pros and cons. Mine lasted about a total of 4 weeks, and had around 6 interviews each about 30-45 mins, mostly consisting of Google Hangouts, and the last interview is in person. The team at DigitalOcean is great in answering any questions you might have, and the recruiter is extremely responsive and always keeps you in the loop, which is great. The most tedious part is a homework assignment in which you do research on the company products and how these products stack up against their competitors, in terms of pricing and quality. If you are looking for an immediate start do not apply to this company as the process does take much longer than many other places.
