Had an initial call with the recruiter, then 3 more rounds 1on1 with other individuals I would be working with as well as hiring manager. I received an offer a few days after the final interview. One thing I really appreciate is how transparent they were about the process, how communicative and helpful the recruiter was, and how well each step was explained to me, especially from the hiring manager. It was clear the company set the right expectations to avoid bias in the process. The culture also comes across clearly as very positive and the benefits were clearly communicated from early stages.
