The interview process was very clear and intentional. First, I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Additionally, I had four more topical interviews with different team members.
The process allowed me to get a better understanding of the role, the team, and the type of work I would be doing. Prior to the topical interviews, I was provided with the subject matter of each so that I could prepare accordingly. Each interviewer had a series of specific questions to ask and each recorded their feedback along the way. The questions asked were focused on related experiences, how I have handled various scenarios in the past, and my style of working.
