I had 6 interviews over ~4 weeks. First was a brief screener with a recruiter, a culture fit interview with a manager, a technical assessment, an architecting interview, and 2 coding interviews

Question 1
The culture fit was pretty standard. In my technical assessment we mostly just chatted about networking in general and scalability problems I'd encountered. Th architecting session was around indexing/removing bottlenecks in a read heavy situation. The coding questions involved writing some data structures (trees and caches) with unitests.
I applied through the cloudways website. HR contacted in few days. There were total 3 interview sessions. 1st Interview: Technical Interview - 1 hour 2nd Interview: Technical + culture fit - about an hour 3rd Interview: HR - 1 hour
