The interview process was relaxed, and everyone was very professional, honest, and friendly. I wish there was more context about the particular teams I would be managing, and how many teams.

After applying I was contacted by a technical recruiter, they clearly set expectations for the process of interviewing and hiring, gathered my information and desires and did an initial screening fit for the role. From there I interviewed with the hiring manager, did a take home assessment, met with team members, people operations, a peer and executives for additional culture and skills interviews. Each had their own area of focus and was able to give me deeper insights into the role and environment. After interviews i met with the recruiter and aligned expectations about an offer and its contents. They hit the numbers i wanted and terms to join so i accepted.
