I got referred internally and got an initial phone screener interview with a member of the HR/talent acquisition team. After they pitched me to the creative team, I received an offer to come in for an in-person interview. Fairly straightforward process after that. I interviewed with 6 people from various parts of the teams I would be working with. I heard back less than a week afterwards saying they had moved on with an internal hire but I was given excellent feedback. Still consider them to be an excellent agency that I will be applying for in the future.
