Their recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, and we set up video interview for the following week. Throughout our call, she was distracted writing emails, unfocused on me, not looking at me, but still asking me questions. She noted that I didn’t seem to have adequate experience outside a certain medium, after I had gone into detail in my experience across mediums. She tried wrapping up our call before even telling me about the role, who the client was, etc. When I asked if she could give me those details she said, “oh, did I not do that already?” It was the most disorganized and rude interview I’ve had, and to make it worse, they were the ones soliciting me. I ended the call completely put off and didn’t bother to send a thank you.
