Initial phone screen with recruiter to go over open positions and match me with the position that fit my experience best, as well as giving my location preferences. Interviewed with 3 people at the office. The process was straight-forward, and the interviewers were friendly. Be able to talk about your work experience well and how it led you here. Understand the industry and how Digitas operates within the space. Understand the role you apply for and how you fit well. And obviously, show an interest in advertising.

Beginning of the year. Phone screen with recruiter, 3 back to back 30 minute interviews in 1 day with the team. Waited over 6 weeks to hear back from a recruiter who is unresponsive and responds only when they feel like it. Basically, they told me they were waiting on financial approval and they'd get back to me. I waited 3 weeks to hear that they did not get financial approval on the job. Recruiter offered no sort of suggestion on future opportunities and has always been cold through communication. Totally unprofessional

Nonexistent! I applied and a week later a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. I responded promptly with my availability. I'm still waiting for her to confirm which time works for her.....2 months later. :)

Process took about two weeks. Phone call then interview in house with three employees. Asked a lot of situational questions and about your skills. One employee didn't have time to answer my questions at the end which I thought was a bit rude.
