I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Digitas in Dec 2016
Interview
I had an on-campus interview at my college and within 2 week I got a call back for the second round. I then had a 4 person Skype interview for 30 minutes each. The people seem to love what they do and they are so helpful and kind when answering questions.

Everyone goes through every round of the interview process before the select someone. There were 4 rounds. All of the interviews were over Teams. A couple of the calls had multiple people sitting in on the interviews.
Great process overall. HR was very organized and communicative. The interviews were conversation-based, mostly focused on previous experience and cultural fit. However there was one “test” in the final round.
