I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digitas (Boston, MA) in Jun 2021
Interview
The first round was a typical hr screening call. The second round was a 2-hour zoom interview in 30-minute increments with a director, another manager, and two SEO analysts.
What I really appreciated about the interview was that the recruiter scheduled a follow-up call after she let me know I didn't get the job and provided me with some honest feedback on why they decided to not go further. It is pretty rare to get that sort of honest feedback about how your interview went. A ton of companies don't even send you an email informing you that you didn't get hired. It was a very much appreciated extra bit of effort.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Digitas (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
Speaking with Kaitlyn before I spoke with the SEO director Elana was a great experience. However, after the handoff from HR to the directors the questions became unprofessional and clearly not intended to get a handle on my experience, but inside information on the workings of my current agency. Not a single question was focused on my experience but instead focused on my current agency and their workings.
