I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and found out about the opening. From there, I had a phone call with another recruiter and then three 1-on-1 Skype interviews. Everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, from the recruiter down to each employee I Skyped with. Each interview was very conversational and I felt like I was having good quality conversation about design and advertising more than an interview. Unfortunately I found out a couple weeks later that the position had been put on hold indefinitely, so it didn't result in a job offer.
