This interview was for a PPC manager for DigitasLbi Dubai. Worst Interview process I gone through in my last 9 years’ experience. The role was for a PPC account manager, Job description outline the responsibilities PPC expertise with client management skills. First Interview: 5-10 minutes call Second Interview: A task was given based on sample account, had to provide optimisation plan, budget management, team management, innovations and ideas. Third Interview: CONFUSING. They were not even clear what actually they are looking for. Summarising the RFP and present to them over Skype. Result: The position hasn’t filled as they were looking for PPC account manager/Business development? If the final interview was al about pitching a prospective client, could have been done with 10 slides presentation without making the process confusing.
