Super efficient, hiring/interview team is mindful of time commitment, valuable questions and no fluff. Was able to connect on a personal level while also getting into nitty gritty in terms of technical skills. Virtual process a plus to avoid travel/taking time off for interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Digitas (Mumbai) in Nov 2018
Interview
I have been in talks with them since 2017. They took several rounds of interviews over 4 months and finally gave me a test which was beyond my expertise and after that I gave up on my own thinking I needed to be a genius to work here... and that I wasn't one. It killed my confidence, despite being in business for a decade. Just when I had taken up an offer elsewhere, they called me back! I let go this time because I thought it was unethical. A few months later they chased me again, and I again gave two rounds of interviews - although the lady interviewing me was way junior in experience and salary. Naturally, they told me they found me fit for the role and offered me 1/10th of my current salary as a yearly hike, telling me this lady was going to be my boss. I gave it up again, although I've been wanting to work with them for a long time. I've heard from people who have worked there tell me it's a people-pleaser's paradise, and only those who hang out with the bosses do well here. Needless to say the one's at the top have been around for years. It's promotion by default.
