*GHOSTED* After an initial screener call with the recruiter I had an hour long conference zoom call with the design director, recruiter and another senior designer. Call went very smooth and in my opinion very well. Good vibes, good questions and I felt really good with the call. Then just silence - I sent 3 follow up emails total spread out within a month and zero replies. Worked out for me because I got a great job offer elsewhere - but recruiters please, STOP GHOSTING CANDIDATES! Have some decency and respect. Even if it's a rejection it's better to know than to wonder and wait.
