The interview was very quick and the operations manager really just talked about what I like to do personally and asked me where I wanted to start. She explained how the pay system worked and how time off worked. There are blackout days during holidays where no one is allowed to take off. You are typically off one weekend a month and takes about a year and half before you can use vacation time. You have to accrue it first.
