Pretty standard process. I was contacted by their HR department for a position and had a few phone interviews with their HR dept and VP executive, and then an online personality test before my invitation for an in-person interview. Everything leading up to the in-person was good, though the position was vague and I had the impression that many things were in flux (e.g. the job title was never fully confirmed). The in-person interview was pretty standard, though it reinforced the impression that the company is in a transition phase with a relatively new team and still determining its approach for this particular function. Communication up until the in-person interview was friendly and then immediately after the interview there was no follow up and the opening exists to this day.
