Interview
Initially I was contacted by phone for a first contact interview to get to know me as a candidate. This was a fantastic conversation and showed the culture of the company. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview with a Field Manager a week later. This was another interview to get to know me as a candidate and understand my background better. I was able to ask a lot of questions and get a better understanding of the position and day-to-day. After that I had 3 phone interviews with HR Manager, Regional Operations Director, and Senior Vice President. These phone interviews were more in-depth about my skillset and ability to operate in the requirements of the position. Finally in-person interviews with Regional Operations Director, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President, and HR Manager at the Glendale RSC Headquarters. Everyone was extremely positive and transparent throughout the process which made for a great experience.
