      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Dine Brands Global in Aug 2020

      Interview

Talked to the recruiter and was passed to the hiring manager. After that, I was ghosted. As a fellow HR professional, it doesn't look great for your company when you ghost candidates. The hiring manager seemed angry that we went "over" but since the link was sent without a timeline, I had no idea what time he was expecting. Regardless, the time onus is on the interviewer. He also complained that I didn't seem to have led anything myself because I mentioned my team. l believe even the most junior person on my team contributes to the overall success.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

It was mostly a resume review with specific questions about experiences.
