Was approached to apply based on my LinkedIn profile. Sent in resume and cover letter. Talked with hiring manager by phone, then with HR representative. Did not get to offer stage because my previous salary, although termed "very reasonable" by HR, was somewhere around $30,000 more than DT was willing to pay for the same position and there was no room to negotiate.
