This company seems to have a very unserious recruiting staff. About a month after I filled out the application form on their ancient website their Talent Acquisition Coordinator asked me when I was free to interview. Then no response when I responded with a few times and also no response when I followed up. Then 2 weeks later he reached out again and asked if I'm still interested. I gave more times and again no response. A week after that he e-mailed me to start negotiating salary in case get an offer. I reminded him that I haven't even met anybody yet so it's too early to talk about salary. No response again. A week after that I got an automated rejection e-mail.
