Good interview process, recruiters are nice and the phone screen engineer was friendly.
The interview is easy, it is fairly collaborative. I built the MVP and discussed the further questions fairly easily but they gave absolutely no feedback or courtesy to why you I got denied.
Basically a waste of time for me even though everything looked to be successful and correct.
It seems like even though you may be a good candidate and perform well, there's no clear rubric and its arbitrary.

1 Recruiter Screening + 1 Hiring Manager Tech Round
The recruiter screening is standard but the HM Tech Round was an in-depth Web Service Design + Coding Tech Round with increasing difficulties.

What was a time you made the wrong choice on a Project Solution?
Applied -> Recruiter -> HM -> Tech Screen.
First three rounds went great, but the Tech Screen was a very different experience, and felt very out of time with modern software interviewing practices.

Interview
Seemed pretty organized. The "resources"section tells you that they will ask you to build a chat app using TCP clients. I did and practice or reading on it. During the interview, they didn't want you looking at ai responses when you Google. Googling for documentation is allowed.
Got the code working that satisfied all requirements. They asked some questions on how would you do this and that after as well. Got rejected soon after. Not really sure where my performance warranted a rejection but oh well.
