Applied online, received a call from the recruiter, then received a follow up email, then an interview with a hiring manager. Overall a good experience, questions that make you think about your future and if you will stay in the company and share their values.
After spending hours on a presentation for an interview panel I was ghosted and no replies to multiple emails sent.
The least I expect is a generic automated email that I didn't get the job, but ignoring candidates that took time away from their work and family working on a presentation, is not the best way to go about an interview.
