DoiT's interview process was thorough, challenging at times, but I always felt prepared thanks to my recruiter. My recruiter was communicative and did an excellent job of providing resources to prepare myself for each upcoming interview, which I had 4 total. My recruiter also did an amazing job of provider their help, if/when needed. Each interviewer was on-time and extremely professional. The interviews themselves could be challenging at times, especially my 3rd interview, however the questions were 100% applicable to my role and really made me think before answering. In the end, I believe DoiT's interview process does an excellent job of ensuring new hires fit company culture as well as have the expertise necessary to excel in their respective roles.
