It was okay, the manager seemed pretty nice. I was told that I was going to be working part-time from 10-20 hours a week though, and I was looking for more hours than that. I have been working there now for about 5 months and I usually only work between 6-16 hours a week. I'm currently looking for a better paying full time job that meets my qualifications and experiences better.

How would I deal with a customer that was angry or giving me a hard time? I answered it very well and said that I would first calm the customer down by saying I apologize for the trouble and then ask what they would like me to do to make the situation better and to make them a happy returning customer. Then I would fix the issue as fast as possible with a smile on my face.

Really easy, might depend on who is giving it. But the manager was really sweet and the whole process was quick and easy and was asked when I could start almost immediately. Took like 10 minutes in person.
