Placed my resume on Indeed. I was called for an interview. And yes they DO look at your resume, so make it good.
I got to the interview. From there we get the tour of the facility, they encourage us to ask questions...good. I then was asked about my work experience to qualify for an interview. If you meet the qualifications, then you get the actual interview...if not you have to reschedule.
I got the job, then you go for your physical and drug test. The interview process was straight forward and easy.
