Interview
(The interview process depends on the manager, and what happened to me may not happen to you!)
My manager at the time asked me some deeply personal/invasive questions that I didn't feel comfortable answering. I answered them because I needed the job at the time-- and the personal details I revealed to her were quickly told to my coworkers without my consent. My mental and physical health issues were revealed to STRANGERS without my consent. I felt humiliated, and I felt humiliated while I worked there. I tried to deal with it, but the interview process and the work experience left me with trauma that I don't know if I can ever recover from. Workplace harassment was common, and I was too afraid to stand up for myself. I wish I did.

Question 1
There weren't really any actual work related questions asked to me. I was asked if I was autistic, and I was asked if I self harmed.
Great place to work at for first time job. I was asked about being able to get to work ok? If I was able to work any time and if I could pick up and lift up to 50 pounds as well. Quick and easy and started within two days.

Really easy, might depend on who is giving it. But the manager was really sweet and the whole process was quick and easy and was asked when I could start almost immediately. Took like 10 minutes in person.
