Applied online, manger called me within a week and an interview time was set up. Super easy and quick interview, had no previous job experience as I was a student. They asked about pay and what hours and days I was available. The interview lasted 15 minutes or less, and I received an offer about two days later, which I accepted.

I interviewed at Dollar General (Roanoke Rapids, NC)
Interview
The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.

I applied online through the website and the managed called me. I scheduled an interview over the phone. I was taken to the office where she asked me some questions (I don't remember them) and I handed her my resume. She basically hired me there, I think.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dollar General (Gower, MO) in Aug 2025
Interview
They told me my responsibilities and I was hired. The only question I was asked is "Do you have any questions?" Most definitely the easiest interview of my life. I got hired for showing up.
