I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dollar General (Alexandria, AL) in May 2013
Interview
The interview process was really just a phone call to come down to the store and meet in person and then come back down and take a short test later on in the week. The test was very dumb and the way to pass the test was to act like the customers had high moral aptitude and were not foolish enough or bad enough to steal or commit a crime in the store. The test was easy and if you passed the test than you would get the job
