You go into a really small office and sit down. A manager reads a bunch of questions from a standard sheet, and you answer them. Occasionally they have to leave to help customers because they are the only person working in the store. Then, two hours later, you realize that the interview was pointless because they will hire anyone since no one wants to work there and they are understaffed.

The people were friendly. Asked pretty standard questions. Felt comfortable. I needed employment while in school during the summer. I don’t remember a lot about it honestly but it was pretty fair.
It was smooth, the manager was very respectful and nice, very professional. The store was clean. They were able to offer flexible schedules, and paid a reasonable price!! I enjoyed the interview and it made me feel very comfortable.
