I was assigned to help stock a new store for two days, and after completing those shifts, I did not receive further scheduling information until I reached out myself. I was then told they were unsure why no one had contacted me about training, despite the district manager being my only point of contact regarding scheduling. Overall, the process lacked clear communication and coordination.
