Very fast, simple background check ... The process was fast and very professional. I got a verification in my email within the next 3 days. And also you have to get your own green T-shirt and back brace if needed
Dude was super lazy during the interview. Seemed like he would have accepted anyone. It did not make me feel like I was needed. That was my reason for decline their offer.
It was my first experience at trying to get a low-end sales position. I was enthusiastic but the Hiring Manager was interested in a temp doing a lot of physical work moving inventory, not a sales associate working the floor. She might have hired me if I would have wanted the position.
