Interview
Competency based interview with Regional Human Resources and District Manager. Series of questions involving character, knowledge, experience and specific examples of performance skills and knowledge. Leadership Assessment testing along with background check and a voluntary drug test if requested.
The interview process was minimal and largely informal. The initial conversation with the regional leadership consisted of a brief phone call, and there was limited direct interaction with district management prior to starting. In fact, I did not meet the district manager until after onboarding and training, and did not meet the regional director in person until several months into the role. Overall, the hiring process felt more like a fast placement based on experience rather than a structured multi-step interview process.
You apply, talk to HR and District ,Lastly you will speak to the regional briefly. If experience whole process goes pretty fast. This position is very fast pace, its no down time.
