I met through a virtual career fair and then quickly had a phone interview with an HR recruiter. A couple days afterwards I had a second Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I felt like it went well and he seemed to like me but afterwards I was completely ghosted by the company. I followed up multiple times via email to check the status of my application and heard nothing. I was very disappointed, as I was very interested in this position and it felt very unprofessional to be treated this way.
