I applied online. I interviewed at Dollar Tree (Florida, NY) in Jul 2018
Interview
They asked me a few basic questions and then asked when I was available, probably in and out in about 15 minutes. Very simple process, if you are 18+ it’s a decent job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dollar Tree (Oviedo, FL)
Interview
Was fast paced and unthorough. Place was unprofessional and understaffed when shadowing and training. I would recommend a more seamlessly and organized processsed since knowledge transfer was indistributed to representatives coming in and out of the business.
Interview process very easy, typical questions. Would mainly like to know if you have weekend availability. Also discussed pay, which I declined because it was below he average in my area, which is 12 dollars.
The interview was fine. It was mostly just expectations nothing too special. Would not recommend if you actually care about your outside life. They are overworked and understaffed at any location I've been too in the area.
