Apply online for company positions. You will have to interview with the dm which makes the decision to hire you. My interview was based off of situation questions, typically what would you do if. Your past experience will play a major role on how dm will want to place you. If you have what they think it takes for you to be successful as a store manager than you will most likely go into the training program. If you don't have all the leadership ability they think you need they may offer a assistant position.

The interview process was minimal and largely informal. The initial conversation with the regional leadership consisted of a brief phone call, and there was limited direct interaction with district management prior to starting. In fact, I did not meet the district manager until after onboarding and training, and did not meet the regional director in person until several months into the role. Overall, the hiring process felt more like a fast placement based on experience rather than a structured multi-step interview process.
You apply, talk to HR and District ,Lastly you will speak to the regional briefly. If experience whole process goes pretty fast. This position is very fast pace, its no down time.
