Interview
Through corporate recruiter. Telephone interview with a regional HR manager. Handed off to district manager who took three weeks to make an initial contact. Went to work as a bench manager (Management Trainee) shadowing another store manager for eight weeks. Very basic stuff that could have been covered in a month or less considering my background.
The interview process was minimal and largely informal. The initial conversation with the regional leadership consisted of a brief phone call, and there was limited direct interaction with district management prior to starting. In fact, I did not meet the district manager until after onboarding and training, and did not meet the regional director in person until several months into the role. Overall, the hiring process felt more like a fast placement based on experience rather than a structured multi-step interview process.
You apply, talk to HR and District ,Lastly you will speak to the regional briefly. If experience whole process goes pretty fast. This position is very fast pace, its no down time.
