Interview
Met with multiple members of the regional team on a career day. The whole process didn't take longer than 2 hours. Everyone was pleasant and the common dress code was business casual. The more people you meet with, the higher your chances of getting hired. Overall a good experience. They seemed to be very interested in de-stressing the process.

Tell me a time when you had a difficult customer. How did you deal with it? What was the outcome?
The interview process was minimal and largely informal. The initial conversation with the regional leadership consisted of a brief phone call, and there was limited direct interaction with district management prior to starting. In fact, I did not meet the district manager until after onboarding and training, and did not meet the regional director in person until several months into the role. Overall, the hiring process felt more like a fast placement based on experience rather than a structured multi-step interview process.
