I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Domino's (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Had 3 total interviews. 2 in person and 1 over the phone. First interview was with store manager. Basic questions like availability and when can I start were asked. Then he told me to meet with the DM. Drove to another store and the DM told me about the job, advancement opportunities and compensation. Asked me a few situational questions and how my experience would help me on the job. Finally, had a phone i terview with the district trainer and she asked me the same situational questions and told me more about the job. Overall, very professional and well done interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you took a negative customer experience and turned it into a positive one.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
