Easy, in person interview where the manager asks your interests and whether you've had experience with customets. Manager said they look for people who go in smiling and talk clearly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Domino's (Lagos)

Lengthy but not intensive, the process was mainly to see how much training I would need if I were to join the company.
It was good to also have a referral
over the phone questions, then in store interview. typical what are your skills; where do you see yourself in the future; what is your biggest weakness, then after the short interview (approx 10mins) i got a message saying i had passed and they asked me to come in the next day.
Not bad. Pretty straight forward. Asked basic math and process questions; if the register was down could you use the calculator to ring up, and stuff like have you heard of these payment processors
