I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Venice, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
You need a good driving record and a clean cut look. Being able to speak on the phone with a good english grammar is preferred but a lot of latino's worked with me that did not speak english well. Your car has to look nice and be in good running condition. The dishes is the worst part and taking out the trash but thats it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Driving record and hours you are available to work.
Easy and straightforward. They didn't ask me much, just wanted to make sure that I was a reliable person and driver. Manager was kind and accommodating. Would recommend others to try and interview here.
walked in and dropped off a resume, got a call back later that week went in again and started working that night. not hard. pretty straightforward if you're not smooth-brained
Relaxed atmosphere interview with only a few questions about my past experience, motivation, and goals. The whole procedure lasted approximately around 15 minutes. The manager seemed nice. Often experience with delivery is not required.
