I applied online. I interviewed at DoorDash (Denver, CO) in Sep 2022
Interview
Recruiter contacted me a over a month after I submitted my resume. He had me schedule a time to speak with him using his Calendy calendar. I selected an available time. He reschuled it without asking or saying a word. He did not respond to one of my emails during the entire process.
Then, I spoke to the hiring manager/director. She told me that a woman (named her specifically) would be in touch regarding next steps and that she really enjoyed our conversation. The same day, I got a standard rejection email. It seems like the company does not have the guts to just have an honest conversation. She also asked extremely ridiculous questions that would have involved me violating attorney/client privilege. So, I gave general answers. I could tell she did not like that.
