Starts with a scheduled 30-minute phone call, where they asked questions about my background and strengths. After there is an online exam-like portion that takes about 2 hours filled with potential scenarios you may come across on the job.
From there the next step is the in-person interview at their headquarters in San Francisco. There were 3 ‘rounds’ of interviews; that go over culture fit, more background, work ethic, etc.
Finally, there is one last phone interview.
Overall, everyone at DoorDash was incredibly approachable. The recruiter was always in contact and helpful throughout the entire process.
