I first had a 45-minute discovery call with someone from the HR team. After that, I had a 30-minute first-round interview with the hiring manager and was given a take-home strategy assessment to complete. They ask you to complete the assessment in less than 2 hours, but it took me more like 5-7 to create a solid, comprehensive brief. After that, I had three, 30-minute, back-to-back "panel" interviews with different members of teams I would've worked with if I'd gotten the job -- Marketing, Strategy & Operations, and Product.
