Extensive - 6 rounds. 1 Hr screening, 1 hiring manager screening, 2 Panel Interview, 1 case study presentation and 1 director round. That felt very tedious and time taking. Questions were mostly behavioral questions. However it can be very disappointing and disheartening for a person with 13 years of Partner Management experience to get turned down for a role without any feedback. The least respect a company can offer to a candidate is to offer them a reason as to why they were not chosen for the role. Very disappointed with their no feedback policy which is such a convenient way to ignore someone's precious time and energy spent in interviewing .

Applied online and got an Interview call within a week from a third party HR company that was contracted to screen for DD - The next round had 2 Interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and the other with someone in the same role to check cultural fit. The final round is a case study and a presentation
